Who we are. Downsize My Home is operated by Your Downsizing Specialist, Brokerage name pending, DRE # pending.

What we collect. The answers and calculator values you enter, chat messages with our AI assistant, and contact details you choose to submit. Campaign info (like which ad you came from) is stored to understand what's helpful.

How it's used. Only to respond to your request and help with your move. We never sell your information. Financial details are not sent to advertising platforms.

Your choices. Requesting a plan or callback doesn't sign you up for marketing. Marketing emails and texts are separate, optional opt-ins. You can ask us to stop contacting you or delete your data at any time.

Virtual concierge. Natalia is a virtual assistant, not a person. Conversations are saved and shared by email only with the website owner, along with inquiries and submitted estimates, to help respond. Starting a chat does not sign you up for marketing.
